Greetings my lovelies!!!
I am really excited to have this opportunity!
I am beginning a hoop dance series at the largest pole dancing studio in the Pacific North West!
This is a 4 week series beginning Jan. 10th on Saturday Mornings @ 9 am!
We will go over beginner movements, and some basic aerobic & yoga movements using the pole!
This class is going to be unique and fun.
Cost: $60 / 4 Week, 1 hour Series
(1 hour class per week)
* includes Basic Hoop * ($40 if you have a hoop)
*More elaborate hoops available for a small additional fee.
Diva Queen membership holders get 30% off session!
After the completion of this series there will be different Levels forming for more advanced and intermediate hoopers to be able to join.
And once a month before the next series begins-there will be a hoop-into class that is drop-in for $10

great news! IF YOU wanted to sign up for the series and missed this saturday, you're in LUCK! We've postponed WEEK ONE and it will begin next Saturday Jan. 17th! Feel free to spread the word and take advantage of this fresh and funky new class! It will be a unique form of aerobic exercise, slowly incorporating the pole into our moves! =o)
